Responsibilities
  • Performs for local requirements for official business transaction and travels.
  • Performs functions related to company’s rented and company owned vehicle
  • In charge of cellular phone requirements, billings, and repairs.
  • In charge of Makati office manpower billing and utility billings.
  • In charge of reviewing and monitoring rental contract and preparation of check payment.
  • In charge in handling Company Events
Requirements
  • Must be a graduate of BS Business Administration or any related courses.
  • Knowledgeable and with at least 2 years’ experience as General Admin
  • Amenable to work in Makati
