Responsibilities
- Performs for local requirements for official business transaction and travels.
- Performs functions related to company’s rented and company owned vehicle
- In charge of cellular phone requirements, billings, and repairs.
- In charge of Makati office manpower billing and utility billings.
- In charge of reviewing and monitoring rental contract and preparation of check payment.
- In charge in handling Company Events
Requirements
- Must be a graduate of BS Business Administration or any related courses.
- Knowledgeable and with at least 2 years’ experience as General Admin
- Amenable to work in Makati
